We are currently interviewing Venture Capital firms, to determine if the appropriate relationship exists, which will concurrently limit our equity sharing to no more than 25% of all available company equity.

Our desire is to partner with true venture capitalists, whom are more interested in their return on investment than their equity positioning, as we drive the company through Initial Public Offering (IPO).
